"I’ve been with State Farm since I was 16 years old. When my original Dallas agent was about to retire, my file was transferred to an agent in Lewisville, and I stayed with that office for about 11–12 years. To this day, I have never received so much as a welcome or introduction from that agent, despite being a long-time customer. When I needed help with a claim, he actually said to me, “I don’t know what you want me to do in regards to this claim.” My jaw dropped.
